The product warranty is valid for a specified period (the "Warranty Period") from the date of purchase.
According to EU legislation, our products are covered by warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user, under normal use and for their intended purpose. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we encourage you to contact us and provide evidence of the defective product (e.g. in the form of photos or videos) via e-mail to info@myaddon.be. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will work together to find a solution that both you and we can agree on.
If you meet the conditions for extending the warranty period by your purchase within 30 days of purchase register, the extended warranty apply instead of the aforementioned period.
This guarantee is not applicable in case of damage caused by unreasonable use or negligence. If you would like to make a claim or need help with a product, please email us at info@myaddon.be and make sure you keep your receipt.
