Warranty conditions

The product warranty is valid for a certain period of time (the “Warranty Period”) starting from the date of purchase.

By EU law, our products are covered for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase by the original end-user purchaser, when used under normal circumstances and for the intended purpose. If a defect is found within the warranty time period, we encourage you to contact us and provide proof of the defective product (e.g. in the form of photos or videos) via email at info@myaddon.be. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will look for a solution both parties can agree on.

If you have complied with the conditions for an extension of the Warranty Period by registering your purchase below within 30 days after purchase, the extended Warranty Period will apply instead of the aforementioned period.

This warranty does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.If you wish to make a claim, or need help with a product, email us at info@myaddon.be and be sure to keep hold of your receipt.
