FEMALE ROLE MODELS
When we talk about inspiring entrepreneurs, most often think of male entrepreneurs. However, there are also a lot of top female role models who, thanks to Initiatives such as the WOMED Awards and The Promise also be put in the spotlight.
From an early age, Marie was confronted with classic stereotypes surrounding women. A former teacher even once said to her that women lack a "gene", specifically "logical thinking" and therefore can never be good at technical matters such as electronics. Marie shared earlier this month this story via her LinkedIn, but also how she did not let such comments make her feel small.
Not then, and not now, Marie is neither guided nor defined by stereotypes, quite the contrary! With My Add On, Marie realises groundbreaking work and this is being noticed.
