Article 4: Online purchases
Order procedure description: The customer can go to the 'Shops' tab and choose the option 'Order online'. The customer can choose the desired product, its color and the number of pieces. The customer can find these shipping costs in the overview in the shopping cart under 'Shipping'. The customer can also add a comment if desired. The customer now sees the total amount payable. This amount includes VAT. The customer then chooses the desired payment method. Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
Once the order has been created by the customer, My Add On will be notified so that the order can be prepared for transport as quickly as possible. As soon as we are busy with the order, we can communicate this to the customer by clicking the 'processing' button in our order overview. The customer will receive an e-mail with the message that we have received the order correctly and that we are preparing the package for shipment. The customer's details are processed by Sendcloud, which creates a label with the necessary barcode to safely send the package with B-mail. As soon as the order is sent, the customer receives the notification by mail that his / her order has been sent. Delivery time depends on B-post. We work with Bpost and Bpost strives to deliver the domestic packages the next working day. However, this is not a guarantee. For the neighboring countries they apply a delivery period of 2 to 4 days. Delivery in Belgium is free. For delivery outside of Belgium an extra cost is charged to the customer. The country zone is also requested for the address details. This automatically calculates the extra shipment amount and adds it to the shopping basket. The customer has a clear overview of how the total price was obtained.
Items ordered through this webshop are delivered free of charge in Belgium by B-post.
For deliveries in the rest of the European Union, a surcharge has to be paid to the value of the standard shipping cost per weight per country determined by Sendcloud (with B-post).
Deliveries outside the European Union are not yet possible.
Any delays caused after delivery by My Add On at B-post are not the responsibility of My Add On. My Add On makes it possible to deliver the order within the specified period, but can not guarantee this as cooperation with external partners takes place.
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stipulated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the Client's place of residence within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order. However, Bpost strives to deliver domestic parcels the next business day. However, this is not a guarantee.

Article 6: Reservation of ownership
The purchased items remain the exclusive property of My Add On until the time of full payment by the Customer. The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of the retention of title of My Add On, for example to anyone who seizes the not yet paid items.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from My Add On. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The revocation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party appointed by the Customer, who is not the carrier, physically seizes the last good.

In the case of sales agreements, My Add On BVBA can wait with the repayment until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has shown that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by My Add On BVBA will not be refunded.
My Add On BVBA pays back the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer has performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.
If goods are removed from their packaging and used, for example, return is no longer possible.

Article 8: Warranty

The (commercial and / or legal) warranty never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article in violation of the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or instructions, modifications or changes to the item, crackdown, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use. We offer 14 days return on all products. This means that you can change your mind within 14 calendar days after receiving your purchase.

How can I disassemble the MySleeve?

My MySleeve is teared.
No problem, if you do not open the crack yourself, it will not tear further. You can use them as long as the MySleeve does not start to slide or tear further. If that is the case, we recommend replacing the MySleeves with a new pair.

My MySleeves are full of dust
No problem, blow on it short and powerful and the dust is gone!

How do I clean the MySleeve?
The sleeve is completely washable, both with hand soap and with water, but also in the dishwasher (take the magnet out before putting it in the dishwasher!). The material is very easy to maintain!

Why is the MySleeve not suitable for people with a pacemaker?
Magnets can affect the operation of a pacemaker in very rare cases. Therefore, do not use MySleeves in the neighbourhood of persons with pacemakers.
